  Typical big bank experience. Charge as much as you can for as little service as possible. Love the new way to try and get a monthly service fee. Take it out of the account even though it's over the minimum in the hope it'll drop under so they can keep it? Congratulations on the new and creative ways to try to nickel and dime your customers.

  Sherry Conlin who handles all business accounts always does a great job. She's very knowledgeable and always has the best interest of the client. I high recommended this bank and especially Sherry.

  I have been a customer with this branch for well over a decade. And when I was up with thousands of dollars in my account they treated me very well, but over the past few months I have fell on some hard times. I was injured at work and am on short term disability through my work insurance. Money isn't flowing in like it used to. And I've noticed a huge change in customer service since. The older staff treat me disrespectfully and are quite rude to me. I didn't think this was an elitist bank, but their attitude has shown me differently. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the new year. And I urge anyone reading this to do the same.
