  Son just got taken on spark plugs not recommended to be changed until 196000 km at 120000 km on his car. As well charged him 92 dollars to turn off service required light (oil change due), which can be done by the owner for nothing. Totally disgusted at the need to take advantage of a young adult.

  I was just in on Saturday and had brakes and rotors done and I'm very satisfied with the service. I like that I'm told what needs to be fixed and what can wait and what should be done first. What I'm quoted is what I pay and there's no surprise when I pay the bill. I'm a happy person!!

  had a noisy brake. ended up just being the shim rubbing on the rotor (upgraded performance brakes from a different car so fitment wasn't 100%) and they fixed it for coffees for the boys. didn't' want money they wanted me to do a timmies run for them. basically $20 if that. just because a mechanic or shop recommends you need things fixed doesn't mean you have to. they simply recommend as it will be broke sooner than later. if you don't want to fix it tell them no no and no to this and yes yes to the things you want fixed. nobody puts a gun to your heads to pay.
