  Similar experience to others. Went in for an insurance windshield chip repair. Next thing I know a tech is showing me my cabin air filter. What? I was not asked if i wanted this checked and did not authorized them to touch any part of my vehicle but the windshield. They then try to sell me a new one at 4x retail cost. Absolutely not acceptable business practice, you NEVER touch anything on someones automobile that you were not authorized to touch, period. This is completely unacceptable and quite frankly I am disgusted by there actions and would never go back here or recommend them to anyone..

  Fast and convenient service. They even cleaned up some spots of rust for me around the windshield that I didn't even know was there.

  Excellent service!! They explained what might happen with the repair (reattached rear view mirror that came out, along with a chunk of the windshield).As for the people who complain about being shown to you, you have a couple of options:. (1) thank them for checking the filter but pass on replacing it; or (2) have your regular mechanic check the cabin filter when you have your car in for service (assuming you do this on a regular basis). I also heard the owner explaining the chip repair process very clearly to at least 3 people so I also don't understand those complaints either.

  Had a bad experience with the call center and posted a bad review. Speedy does care about customer satisfaction, they called me to find out what happened. As for the shop, I haven't been yet.
