  Over the Christmas Holidays they were closed way too often like many business but that's life. One day when I made it there 45 minutes before closing time with cars coming out the back end they threw the pylons up and told me they were now closed. I'm loving this place more and more. Today with the holidays finally over and hardly a truck wash this month I went down there and see they are closed again.I asked a detailing employee what their excuse was today for having the wash bay down she said it was was frozen, an act of God. That's a good excuse! With a 45 minute shut down period you would think they could purge their system to prevent freeze up. It looks to me like I'm not going to renew if they are still down today. I need my truck washed not a run around. Manual washes though wet and cold at least get the job done when it's time to be done not when ever.

  I bought a monthly pass today and after the purchase I was informed about their receiver hitch policy. Shutting off the brushes for the hitch leaves a totally unacceptable job. For the price of a single wash I might as well keep my pass for the month. Maybe 30 crappy washes will equal 1 good one. They say unlimited on the sign but It's only once per day. It's a total waste of money for someone using a trailer hitch.

  You pay less than $25.00 per month per car and wash twice daily if you can make it for a month. No more dirty car in winter...

  Very bad experience. Signed up, and tried 6 times over 6 weeks - twice close, other times at least a 20 minute lineup. Went to cancel my renewal, which they did, but then I asked how long I have to go on my current month as they just renewed it on my credit card. The lady was very rude and told me it was immediate, even though I just renewed. When I questioned it she was absolutely obnoxious and said it was immediate and that it "was my choice to cancel, so tough luck". I was only going to cancel for a couple of months because I am travelling, but will NEVER go back.

  Alright wash, but look like teens cleaning the your interior of your car. You know some teens like to clean not. I came on a Saturday maybe their part time job. Just got the what they call snippy clean interior job. Could of done it better but what you expect for exterior and interior clean came to $25.00

  After going here for a month I'm finding that their trailer hitch policy is on the mood of the employee. Some employees treat the truck as a normal vehicle and no problem. Some employees pull brushes and do a poor job. Either way though a person should be told of their issues before payment.

  I love keeping my truck clean. This is the best place and their rates are affordable. Nice friendly people.
