  After waiting a bit in the waiting room, I was seen and I explained how nervous I was so I received laughing gas. I got 3 freezing needles and the freezing did not seem to be taking effect. I was told it was because I was too nervous and she could not do any work. She also mentioned she was out of time for me.

  Afterwards, I wasn't sure what to do. I needed the tooth fixed and Parkway tried to refer me to a sleep dentistry (which I cannot afford), and then everytime I called to see what to do next, I did not receive a call back.

  I have never had such a poor experience as a customer as I did at Parkway Dental. I was in a lot of pain and waited 3 weeks for my appt. I was also asked to change the time to make time for an emergency appt.

  She then told me I was still being charged for the laughing gas, even though I had NO work done at all. Luckily the lady at the front desk waved the fee for me.

  Friendly staff explain everything to you and make you feel comfortable. You can even watch TV while they work on your teeth.

  Being a patient at Parkway makes going to the dentist so relaxing. Dr. Modi and his team truly care about making the experience great for everyone. They send text reminders that make it so easy to remember when your appointment is, and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating! I would recommend them to anyone.
