    Never dealt with them before and was going to be a new patient.. Not now as encountering ingnorance on their so called policy amd trying to hold me 48 hr notice of cancel when policy is 24-48hr. Nothing i can control when i got hit with postnasal from allergies. Then the audacity that she says she was there all day.. Well answer the phone!!! So insinuating I never called at all..I Was so ready to go over and show the dimwit my callers log..told policy for 48 hr notice yet message says 25-48hrs..had to threatened to call BBB and consumer protection from billing my insurance.. Fresh out of school... Green behind the ears.. Money hungry go to another dentistry who wont try to gouge you from a lame policy and should change their voice messaging service. Tried calling several times and finally had to leave a message. Im going somewhere friendlier and flexible and fair. Looking into calling headoffice and complain and make sure my insurance wont be billed... Incompetence at it's finest.

    It took 4 visits and $1100 to complete 1 root canal; this doesn't include the crown which I will have done elsewhere. I missed 3 days of work because they didn't prescribe antibiotics to fight the infection after the first visit. When I went back to them 2 days later for antibiotic prescription they didn't prescribe enough...it was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist...

    Use to love this place they use to be so good with my daughter until the dentist completely traumatized my daughter !

    There staff is fresh out of school, with very little experience in the field. They would be ok for simple cleanings, but anything beyond that I would recommend going elsewhere.

    I highly recommend this establishment, very friendly staff and a very knowledgable dentist. Most importantly put my faith back in dentistry, thanks Dr. Syed Bukhari
