  I phoned Flowers by Gerry from out of town to order a funeral arrangement. The woman I spoke with was warm, professional and very helpful. The arrangement exceeded my expectations! The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was breathtaking. Highly recommended.

  A very poor experience with Flowers by Gerry. I had gone in a few weeks before my date to order a boutonnière and corsage for my prom. I told Gerry, himself what I wanted, my name, and the date. Gerry wrote everything down and then said "I will put it in the system later, I hate computers". On the day of my prom I went to go pick up my order a few hours beforehand. When I got there and asked for order, both the two ladies in the front desk and Gerry himself were telling me that I have the wrong place and that I never placed an order with them. They proceeded to gang up on me and telling me that I needed to leave and find the right flower shop. To the point of holding back tears, I then told my exact conversation that I had with Gerry to these "adults", to which they then admit that that sounded like a conversation that I had with Gerry. When they found my order slip, they no longer had the original flowers I asked for, resulting in me getting slightly welted and unwanted flowers for my prom, and waiting a half an hour for it to be made. Gerry then insists that I still must pay full price. I demanded to pay way less, and after an argument, Gerry agreed to $20. I would never recommend Flowers by Gerry

  Terrific experience.Gerry does amazing work and always works with your budget. He always makes u feel welcomed and easy to work with. Very affordable for any occasion.
