While the staff are courteous and attentive, do expect them to do their job and try to sell you on stuff. That's what they are supposed to do. They don't however, become arrogant when you stick with what you want/came for.

It's a very big, clean showroom with great selection of major brands.

sales staff is not on your side in the case of something going south and customer service was absolutely loyal to Leon's not losing any money. But if your appliance was delivered not working you might like for the person who sold you the item to fight for you as the customer. Don't count on it Ruth Anne if that is the case she fought for the stores behalf even though this was the second purchase over a grand I made using her as my sales representative. My mistake, I won't do that again. They stuck the gears to me initially refusing to give me a refund. Since the only other comparable item for exchange was in Calgary they asked me to use the manufacturers warranty to fix the appliance and they refused to offer me any money back. Or I could wait two months for the replacement oven to come from Calgary. Two months with out a stove or an oven with no discount or refund offered. You decide if that would sit well with you before you shop here. Also look over their return policy carefully because in the event that you pay your hard earned money to the for an item and it arrives broken you will need to know what they will do for you! They staple the delivery information over top of the return policy so ask to see that. Or you may be stuck paying good money for a broken appliance. After dukking it over over a period of a week and spending three hours in the store complaining and writing these on line reviews finally we got a refund. This was the purchase of my first new oven, sadly it was a disappointment to me.

After dukking it out for over the period of a week and spending three hours in the store complaining and writing these online reviews finally we got a refund. This was the purchase of my first new oven, I have been so looking forward to this, sadly it was a disappointment to me. Going on two weeks now and starting over with shopping around. I will go to the Brick from now.

We bought a Couch and loveseat set roughly 2 years ago and the structural supports failed, called Leons and basically got told thats how most couch's are built now and because it was so long ago we are unwilling to stand by our product we sold you. Do yourself a favor shop somewhere else this store in my opinion is all about profits and could care less about their customers.

I know what commission is like so I don't know if I would necessarily say pushy. Some nice deals on the extended Black Friday sale. Good service. Long waits on the most popular furniture as there are none in stock and backordered for some time.
