    Buzzers was not working and you were asked to wait outside until a nurse let you in, waited 20 min called and waited 20 more only to have the nurse answer the door and tell me I was 20 more min away from my appointment, I asked why was I left outside in the -3F temperatures, she answered "I was on my Dinner " THEIR SLOGAN SAYS " WE PUT PEOPLE FIRST" I felt insulted and abandoned.

    Worst experience I have ever had with medical care in my life!!! One star rating is to much.

    Excellent community services here .. Day programs and their counsellor are fantastic
