  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Tried to buy a ring in store they cancelled my order without telling me, ordered the ring online they cancelled my order, called 10 times to their guest services and got the runaround, every time I called I got a different answer. Still waiting for a call from their escalation department. They clearly don't care. NEVER buying anything from here again, lost my entire business for life, and we used to buy yearly. Didn't think it would be that hard to give this store my money! Save yourself the grief and shop anywhere but here.

  Absolutely horrendous!!! Purchased a xmas gift for a family member online after 1 day called customer service to request a slight change i was told they're policy didn't allow changes on custom orders, however on the website it stated only custom watches....after a long conversation finally was told when the item arrives i could go to my local store and with no charge have the item fixed. When said item arrived it was taken to the store and i was told they cant fix the item only return it and give a refund, then after another long conversation and call to peoples customer service by the manager i was told they would accept the item for repair...this was done Nov 21st and i was told it would take 2 weeks. After waiting 2.5 weeks i called the store where they said the item had come back incorrect and was sent for repair again!!!! Now a few days away from xmas and no word, still isn't back, what a joke!
