  This place has been 10/10 every time we have ordered there. Great for a manufactured pizza that will be the same everywhere you order it. Just give the new ones 2-3 months to be properly staffed before you gamble.

  We quite often will order a pizza or two from these guys as we are in the check out line at the Walmart down the street. They always have it ready on time, it's always cooked the way we like it.

  Guys, get your act together. I enjoy your pizza more than other franchises, but over an hour and a half to get here? And I'm missing a box? And your driver doesn't have cash for change? Brantford location, not acceptable...

  Edit: raised my review from 1 to 4 stars because staff reached out almost immediately after I cancelled my order and tried to remedy the situation. I appreciate the effort. I usually have a good experience, and I do enjoy their pizza. Consistent quality and good ingredients.

  Called to place an order today. The girl said they didn't have a chicken alfredo pizza. Then i told her thats what i order from there. She corrected me to the proper name. Told me my pizza would cost double because i couldnt order online. I Told them there site wasnt working she said that it didn't matter if she took the order it would be 22.00?? Internet down from the storms today.

  If I could give a less than 1 rating I would. I placed an order at the Brantford store and was told I would get it in 30 to 40 minutes, an hour later I still didn't get it. Was told the driver was on his way and should be there in 5 or 10 minutes, 15 minutes later the driver calls me claiming he couldn't find my apartment number which was staring him in the face. Pizza wasn't very good and very greasy. Can't say much for the manager who couldn't care less that my order was late. Won't order from them again
