    I wanted to compliment Alicia on her remarkably calm, good humoured, confident professional attention she paid to each and every patient there on Sunday (there were a lot). Including myself.

    I arrived somewhat unprepared as I had left my wallet and OHIP card at home. Alicia was holding down the fort so to speak by herself. She very warmly and gently (I was suffering from a painful SInus attract) explained the protocol. Everything worked out fine in the end.

    Best and most perfessional. They caught a huge mistake that a doctor made and saved me from alot of pain and complications. Amazing.

    The staff is friendly and the facilities are nice but any time I go it's over an hour wait and it doesn't seem the rule "first come, first serve" applies here at all.
