  My Realtor would tell me to walk out of houses they were not worth my time; they were over priced or not a good investment. For this I am so grateful!! This Realtor of mine would look at what is wrong with the houses and cost to do the needed repairs. He had a list of professionals that could complete the work for cheap. Over this journey this man earned my trust and respect held my hand through each step of this process. Thank You Alex Grinton if it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t be moving into my new house today!!

  He even referred me to my mortgage broker Nancy Gillis Blunden. Again I shopped around 2 brokers and my own bank. Nancy gave me the best deal the cheapest rate with the best repayment terms. When it comes to numbers I need to know everything down to the last penny! Numerous calls and questions and Nancy ALWAYS made time to make sure I was happy.

Sherry sold my mothers home after she passed away and was so compassionate and caring we felt so well looked after in a time of grief. I have used various real estate agents in the past but Sherry St. Denis is the best I have ever been involved with. After selling my home for me and securing a selling price that was above and beyond what I had anticipated, she also found me a new home that I am delighted with. Sherry is very knowledgeable and understands well the stress of selling and purchasing and moving as well. She made my experience less stressful and continues to be a wealth of knowledge to me.   Recently I was looking to purchase my first house and was fortunate enough to find Ashley Veldkamp to help me find the PERFECT house for me. This gal is amazing! She paid attention to what I was asking for in a house and was very good at finding suitable properties for me to view. But I had to wait until I found the one that felt just right and she was SO patient with me. Ashley was always very prompt with setting up viewings, doing the paperwork and getting answers for me. Needless to say, I am in my new (old) home, and I am extremely happy with my purchase and I am very grateful to have had Ashley guide me through the whole process, since I was very nervous about doing this on my own.   When I started this journey on obtaining home ownership I was using about five or six realtors. Some would just stand there useless, others would pressure you in to buying the house even if it was junk. One man stood above the rest! This guy has been through hell and back with me. He endured my grumpy old dad!! You could never make my father happy because no house is good enough for his baby girl. He endured me cancelling last minute appointments. Sometimes going back to show me a house two or three times, because I just wasn’t sure. He was patient with me and took the time to educate me. He was the only one who would walk through the basement and teach me if the house had knob and tube, if the plumbing was updated and if the electrical was up to code.
