  Overall good food. Servers are hit or miss. But some are fabulous.. Can be quit slow on weekends.. Clean and family orientated.

  Went tonight for the festive special. Seated quickly and served promptly. Food didn’t take too long and got everything we ordered. Good job! We’ll be back.

  We ordered the spinach dip appetizer and it was runny. The chicken was dry but oily (deep fried instead of rotisserie, I assume).

  We visited at about 3:00 PM on Boxing Day. The service was very slow. The restaurant was NOT busy but it still took about 10 minutes for anyone to take our order or ask if we wanted drinks. Food came out quickly and was average for Swiss Chalet. When it came time to pay, our server was nowhere to be found.

  Staff are ok if you eat in and restaurant is clean and newly renovated. Take out is a mess. Always stand there waiting while people walk right by you. Be aggressive and find someone or could be there a while.

  Service was extremely slow. We waited for well over an hour and a half for our food as others who came in after us were served (wit the same size party). We were offered ONE free dessert for the entire table for our troubles. One free dessert = $6-$7. Not awesome compensation.
