  We had a small leak develop on our porch roof during a winter thaw/rain. We initially called another company in town (Royal Peaks) who came out the next day to address the issue. They were paid, but the problem was never fixed. Over a period of 3 months, I called several times, and had 2 appointments rescheduled by them, and 3 no shows. Bob the owner didn't seem to care too much either.

  We hired Catalina to replace the roofing shingles on our large shed. We were immediately impressed with how much care and attention was taken to ensure the area was prepped for the work to be done. Craig showed up on time on the date he said he would. He explained thoroughly what they were going to do. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The work area was left clean during and after the job was completed. It was very clear that Craig and his team cared for us and our property. We would hire again and recommend Catalina Roofing fully.

He gave me a very thorough assessment on what he thought the problem could be from, and a very fair quote for materials and labour.
