  I was in the store today to maybe buy slippers but 2 girls where to busy talking to even notice that there was any customers. Just lost a customer today.

  Had a similar experience as the other two posters. Walked into the store at Brantford today and an employee was yelling on the phone to a co worker , saw me, hung up quick, complained to a another co worker about the situation, she then had two buddies walk in blurted out that she was now quitting and watched me leave. No customer service, no acknowledgement, nothing...so so sale

  Went in looking for a nice pair of moccasins, one employee said "hi how are you" And then walked away and ignored us. I approached the other woman working, asking to try on two styles of slippers in a 7 and an 8, employee returned with only size 7, when asked to try the size 8, she rolled her eyes and took back the box of size 7. I got up and left. No way I'm buying a pair of $70+ shoes from someone with a bad attitude.

  Went to buy a pair of shoes tonight. The two employees working were more concerned with their conversation than helping a potential customer. When we politely interrupted and asked to try two pairs of shoes on they continued to talk amongst themselves. We mentioned that we were in a hurry and one of the employees rudely stated we were the only customers there and to chill out. The funny thing is there was another lady in the store that was there longer than us. I'll never step foot in this store again. Heading over to Al's Shoes now.
