  Very professional and knew all aspects of our needs and her recommendations were very helpful. Pick up and delivery as scheduled. On delivery the driver walked me through and answered all my questions pertaining to the box! On the delivery of the box precautions were taken by the driver not to damage the driveway!

  Our experience with this company was exceptional. The idea of portable storage is an amazing option in itself, but when coupled with extraordinary service and competitive pricing we simply can't say enough good things about Moving Box. It's a terrific organization with courteous, professional, and responsive employees who genuinely seem to care about your situation. These qualities are always appreciated but even more so during something as stressful as a move.

  Had a bin dropped off for a live load which is 2.5 hrs then they take it away. Well the movers from an other company I hired to come and were told of what the job was came and said they don't do that kind of job. My father who is 76 was left alone to do the work and he asked one of the movers to stay back and help and he did. After an hour I advised our driver Adam of what happened and he went to the home and helped my father load the rest of the bin. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for all their help. They truly went above and beyond.

  We used them on a move and they were great. The box was in excellent condition. The staff were very clear, helpful and friendly. When we had to unexpectedly delay our move, the Moving Box were very accommodating. When we finally had the move date ready, there were no problems at all with the pick up and drop off. I am planning on using them again for some storage and if I ever have to move again.

  Highly recommend! Excellent service. Once paid, the box arrived next day and once we were done, called and the box was picked up next day. It was the easiest part of our move. Container was super clean and new. Driver did an excellent job parking the unit and placed wood pieces under container to ensure no damage to driveway which was appreciated. I also had a few quotes from other similar services and The Moving Box was by far the most reasonably priced.
