  Tracy who looked at my cat I took in lacks compassion for pets and her concern is $$$ ...it's unfortunate when only resort for your pet is to take here for after hours. Not only was she rude and exempt of professionalism, she charged me for at home care, that i administer meds myself ?!?! She pushed for a $2000 surgery zeroing on your upset amd worry for your pet. People like her we pet owners don't need in the vet field.

  After being turned Away by Beattie Norfolk took us in and took care of our girl who had gotten into some kind of toxin. Both the staff and vets were amazing! We are so thankful for everyone here!!! Thank you

  It has been over a month since we had to take our 14 year senior Border Collie in to this clinic. Early on a Sunday morning we called, explained how sick our boy was and had a 30 minute drive to the clinic. Dr. Reid came out to meet us and helped to bring him inside. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our boy. My family and I would like to thank Dr. Reid for his care and compassion not only to our beautiful boy "Oreo" but also to us. (Oreo's family)

  We had an emergency with our dog in the middle of the night. The vet and staff handled the situation with as much dignity as possible under the circumstances. They clearly and quickly gave us our options with the corresponding costs. Overall, we were very happy with the service.
