  Went in back at the end of june and bought a 48 volt freedom. It was around 3pm (3 hours from closing) and they had it done at 5pm. Went down and got it and it handled beautifully. Its now September, for some reason it shifted from pretty warm and nice to really really cold at night and the bike still performs exceptionally. The only downside to this particular bike you cant see the turn signals that well but you can hear them just fine during the day (i have to use hand signals)

  Came in looking for an ebike for work and was suggested a great bike, if there's ever a problem I being bring it in and he Is always courteous and willing to take a look. Very good place to purchase an ebike for anyone

  HONEST!! Almost to a fault... I brought in an older model Ebike that I wanted fixed up and put back into service... He took a 10 minute look at it and said ... "Waste of money to put that much money into it".... And he was NOT trying to sell me one of the bikes in the showroom either! Told me to take the money I wanted to invest in my bike and use it to just go out and buy a used one off KIJIJI or somewhere... Guess what?? He got the money from me! I was happy to spend money there instead of taking his suggestion... Now IF he was "pushing" one of his bikes at me... May have been a different story... But because he cared more about me an my money in MY pocket .... He got to put it into his instead today! I'm happy to suggest to ANYONE who's interested in ebikes to make that place thier last "shopping spot"... Because then ....they too can see his honesty in action after hearing the BS from other places!

  I just had my e-bike repaired and serviced for the season by these people. Out of the handful of companies I've dealt with over the past three years, these people by far have been the absolute BEST to deal with. Their knowledge and customer service far exceeded anything I could have expected. Ron and his crew will take good care of you.
